Hey — I'm Adam. I spent years as a realtor, and I still buy and hold property around here. Which means I've walked through a lot of houses, and I've hired a lot of cleaners.
Most of the time it went the same way. Nobody picked up. Nobody would quote a price without driving out to look. And when somebody finally did show up, I had no idea who was standing at my door.
So I built the company I wanted to hire. Your price is on this page — scroll down and it's yours in about ten seconds. You'll know exactly who's coming to your house before they knock. And we keep you updated at every step of the clean, whether you're home or not.

Almost nobody around here will tell you what a clean costs until they've been to your house. Tell us four things and you'll have a real number — the one you'll actually pay.
Supplies and equipment included. No contract, no cancellation fee, no surprise charges after we've been in the house.
Every cleaning company says they're reliable and communicative. Here's the whole thing instead — the exact messages you get, start to finish.
A text from me within a couple of minutes of you hitting send, then a call — usually before you've closed the tab.
Their name, their photo, their arrival window. We keep the same person on your home whenever the schedule allows — and if it has to change, we tell you who's coming instead.
A text when they leave the previous house, so you're not sitting home guessing at a four-hour window.
Photos of every room when they lock up — whether you're standing in the kitchen or four hundred miles away.
Example — the sequence every client gets
A house shouldn't have to smell like a chemical to prove it got cleaned. That smell isn't clean — it's residue, and it's sitting on the counters your kids put their hands on.
We use plant-based concentrates scented with real essential oils. If your kitchen smells faintly of citrus afterward, it's because there's citrus in the bottle — not because someone engineered that smell in a lab. No headache, no burning eyes, nothing the dog shouldn't be licking off the floor.
Sensitive to scent, or just prefer none at all? Tell us and we'll go completely unscented. Need something stronger — someone's been sick and you want surfaces disinfected? We'll do that too, and tell you which room and what we used. And if you already buy products you like, we'll use yours instead.

Not a summary — the actual checklist for a standard visit. We'd rather you know what you're buying now than find out on the second visit.
Inside the oven or refrigerator — add-on, $35 each · laundry — add-on, $20 a load, washed, dried and folded · interior windows beyond door glass — add-on, quoted by the window · heavy hard-water or grout restoration, which is a one-time deep-clean job · dishes beyond loading what's in the sink · anything above a two-step ladder · litter boxes or pet waste · mold remediation · moving furniture heavier than a dining chair · organizing and decluttering — we clean around what's out. Want any of it done anyway? Just ask. We quote it before we start, never after.
If your town isn't here, call anyway. If we're already nearby that day we can usually make it work.
Short ones first, so you can see if we cover you before you type your number.
Leave a number and I'll text you your price myself. No call unless you ask for one. — Adam
